We use Gaya to streamline manual rating on the carrier sites and speed up collecting information from declarations pages. Instead of retyping the same client details into every carrier portal, our team captures it once and lets Gaya fill in the rest, so producers spend more time actually talking to clients.
Instead of manually pulling details off a dec page and typing them into a rater one field at a time, Gaya scans and captures the information directly, including from carrier portals, AMS records, and even screenshots.
Once the data is captured, Gaya fills it back into whatever carrier portal, rater, or AMS we're working in, whether that's a text field, a checkbox, or a dropdown. It's a small change that adds up to real time back in a producer's day.
Gaya has a few things in the pipeline we're genuinely looking forward to covering on the show later this year.
Purpose-built language and embedding models trained specifically on insurance work, aimed at supporting agents as trusted advisors rather than just automating tasks.
Draft responses to service requests in an agency's own voice, pulling the right records from connected systems so replies go out faster and more personalized.
An autonomous assistant that can navigate carrier portals and insurance systems on its own to handle service tasks, essentially extra hands for the busiest parts of the day.
Gaya is SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning its security controls have been independently audited over time, not just reviewed once. That matters to us since the data running through Gaya is our clients' information.
Tell us a bit about your agency and we'll pass your information along.
